What’s a cheese lunch my lecturer talking about here? It’s just random lunch with bread and milk, but with different kinds of cheese prepared for students to taste and to study their difference. From Gouda, Emmental, Cheddar, Goat cheese, Feta, etc, it was all yummy except for Camembert or Roquefort, ugh x3
Anyway, because I’m curious about this Casu Marzu my lecturer was talking about, I stalked youtube after receiving that mail. and here it is:

I heard someone said “camembert”, what a lovely cheese.. anyway, the soft and yellow cheese (forgot the name) is my fave, oh dear.. sooo expensive, though. You can find it in C1000

a colleague of mine does eat these kind of cheese, all the smelly and disgusting piece of cheese,
he said, “these kind of cheese must be put in your backyard or basement, and when you smell the cheese in your bedroom, then you know it’s ready and delicious”
